Secure Box Services was formed in 2006 to provide an archiving and records management service primarily in London and Home Counties. The business now provides a national document management consultancy services, on or off-site consultancy service, document storage solutions management including racking, shelving and boxes and a full records management service.

Our state-of-the-art digital imaging technology and expertise allows us to receive an order, scan and deliver images to customers anywhere in the world within 1 hour.
Our expertise do not stop with paper documents! We also specialise in handling our storing magnetic media, microfiche, film and video. Storage of these items operates from an atmospherically controlled environment.

Our records management staff will perform on-site packing of boxes, indexing and classification of files and boxes, implement records retention rules etc.
Our team are able to travel overseas to implement client’s corporate policies and to support office moves, transporting assets to and from the UK for organisations consolidating their business.
DOCUMENT STORAGE
We provide a full range of archiving storage services from standard warehouse storage, fire proof storage, live file management and deep storage.
CONFIDENTIAL SHREDDING
