Document scanning
We provide both on-site and off-site scanning services for a range of clients, from small local businesses to local councils and the NHS. Our strict preparation and scanning procedures ensure files are treated with the care they deserve, regardless of the size of the project. We digitise all formats of paper from bus ticket size through to A0 and our Optical Character Recognition solution provides a ‘Google’ type search to find key words in a scanned document.
What we offer
Scan on demand
With an increasing demand to access information faster and more effectively, organisations need an alternative to hard copy delivery of data. Your files can be collected and placed in our archive and when required, each file can be retrieved and scanned on a priority basis using our scan-on-demand service.
Our state-of-the-art digital imaging technology and expertise allows us to receive an order, scan and deliver images to customers anywhere in the world within 2-4 hours of request.
Once scanned, images can be stored and made available for instant access, thus bridging the gap between historical and future processes.
Off-site scanning
Our off-site scanning is performed at our Head Office in Essex, where we can store the documentation and either pick requested files and digitise them through our scan-on-demand service, or we can scan all the documentation; depending on your need.
On-site scanning
Our on-site scanning service offers two outcomes; both resulting in us working in partnership with you as an extension to your team. We can set up an on-site scanning bureau at the client’s facilities and commence scanning of documentation with Secure Box Services staff. We will then train client staff to take over and run their in-house facility when the initial high volumes have returned to manageable BAU, or we can remain as the scanning team on site until the project is complete.
Training your staff to scan your documents
If you would prefer to perform the scanning in-house, we provide the scanning equipment and train your staff to prepare and scan your documentation to the highest quality.
Scanner hardware and software supply
We are an accredited reseller of Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon and other scanning hardware and software. These are available for purchase or rental including maintenance at very competitive prices.
