We will follow your specified process and procedures to empty your offices of documentation, index and catalogue your files before boxing them up and applying specific barcodes to each box to enable quick retrieval of any documentation you may need urgently in the future. We will then use our secure transportation to deliver the files to our storage facility or your contracted storage provider.
Our team are available on a consultancy basis to assist in your business move or records management project. We can support you from the initial compilation of your business case whilst advising on project costs and which documents to scan, to the overall project management which may include your scanning bureau design, training of staff to scan and best practice for scanning.

We supply a full range of cardboard boxes from archive boxes, small to large boxes. These are stocked at our warehouse and available at our on-site shop.
Boxes come in a range of standard sizes but can be made bespoke and branded to client’s requirements for larger quantity orders.
